Due to the really bad rainy weather in Slovenia in recent weeks we decided to explore the world beneath our legs. Slovenia is a true karst country and there are many beautiful caves all around it. But because everything is closed now, we decided to explore the open ones that are easily accessible. We went to the area around Logatec where you can find many beautiful caves, that are mainly off limit. But there are two hidden between them, that are open to public, offer really easy access and a great insight into the karst world. Years ago, we already visited Vranja cave and this time we added also Skednena cave, that is only a short walk away. We had another great, slightly different trip. 😉
