Planina Pecol in sedlo Forca dei Disteis, Italija

Lepi jesenski dnevi kar kličejo po izletu, kot je slednji. Planina Pecol v sosednji Italiji, ki leži nekaj nadstropij višje od Rabeljskega jezera, je lepo izhodišče za gorske ture vseh možnih težavnosti. Lahko gre za nobl penzionistično nedeljsko turo in martinčkanje ob gorski koči “Rifugio di Brazza” ali pa konkretno turo na sosednji Montaž. Potem so tu še Špik hude police in sedlo “Forca dei Disteis”. Mi smo lepo jesensko popoldne izkoristili za turo na sedlo in uživali kot že dolgo ne. Tura je enostavna in prava uživancija tudi za najmlajše. Najprej svizci, potem pa nešteto kozorogov – in kot je rekel najmlajši – tole je pa pravo kraljestvo kozorogov. 😉

Beautiful autumn days are perfect for a trip like this. Meadow Pecol in neighbouring Italy, located a few floors higher than Lake Predil, is a beautiful starting point for mountain tours of all possible difficulties. It can be a starting point for a sunday stroll around the meadow and enjoying at mountain hut “Rifugio di Brazza” or a more difficult hike to the “Jof di Montasio”. Then there is also “Cima di Terrarossa” or “Forca dei Distesis” that was our finish line on that perfect afternoon. Its an easy hike full of interesting things also for our kids – first marmots everywhere and then just before the finish capricorns everywhere – and as our youngest said – this is the real kingdom of Capricorns. 😉
