Začetek Irske je bil v znamenju Hollywooda. Dobesedno. In ko smo pozno zvečer, v megli in dežju nekako le pritavali do simpatične podeželske hiše, nismo niti vedeli, kje točno smo. No, epski zaključek smo imeli kakšno uro kasneje, ko smo prišli v naslednji airbnb. 🙂

The beginning of Ireland was in Hollywood style. 🙂 We booked the first airbnb already at home and it was less than an hour’s drive south of Dublin Airport. We got there late in the evening and also because of heavy rain and fog we really didn’t know, where we are. But in the morning, however, Hollywood shined in all its glory. 🙂 Cute houses between green hills, that were dotted with cute white sheep. And above them the original white sign like on the other side of Atlantic. 🙂 But because it was still raining like crazy, we decided to skip the sign – we just made one photo for archive near the local pub. 😉 We then slowly moved south from Hollywood. Via “Sally Gap” first to Glendalough, then past one of the few beautiful patches of forest in Ireland to the world’s second oldest lighthouse – Hook Head. Well, we had an epic conclusion about an hour later when we got into the next airbnb. A lady in her late sixties was like the most of Irish people fan of Halloween and because of that she turned her already “spooky” house into a real Halloween fortress – with ghosts everywhere, skeletons hanging from practically every chandeliers… Well, it was so great that I even forgot to make a photo or two. 🙂
