Gorsko kolesarjenje po Pokljuki – planina Klek, Slovenija

Pred dnevi smo pred vročino zbežali v hribe. Tokrat s kolesom na nam priljubljeno Pokljuko. Ker smo lansko leto že prekolesarili planine na južni strani Pokljuke (več o kolesarski turi na planino Zajamniki tukaj), smo se tokrat odločil za gorsko kolesarjenje do najvišje ležeče pokljuške planine, planine Klek. Ker smo bili pozni, smo štartali kar z Mrzlega studenca, potem pa nadaljevali non stop navkreber po lepi gozdni poti vse do planine Klek. Ob naši turi je bil ta del Pokljuke prepoln odličnih gozdnih jagod, kar je le še popestrilo že tako odlično turo. No, dan smo zaključili še s piko na i – skokom v fantastično Bohinjsko jezero. 😉 Če pa niste kakšen fen kolesarjenja, pa priporočam turo do planine Klek v jesenskem času, ko dobesedno zažari zaradi vseh macesnov, ki jih najdemo naokrog.

A few days ago we decided to do another tour to the mountains to escape summer heat. This time it was time for another tour by bike to our favourite Pokljuka. Since we already cycled the meadows on the southern side of Pokljuka last year (more about the cycling tour to the Zajamniki here), we decided to go mountain biking to the highest meadow in Pokljuka, meadow Klek. We started the trip from Mrzli studenec, and then continued non-stop uphill along a beautiful forest path all the way to the Klek meadow. During our tour, this part of Pokljuka was full of excellent wild strawberries, which only enriched the already excellent tour. But at the end we decided to make a little detour and finish the day in style – this time with a jump to amazing Bohinj lake. 😉 However, if you are not a fan of cycling, I recommend a tour to the Klek meadow in the autumn time, when it literally glows because of all the larch trees all around it.
