Yes, India is definitely something special. 🙂 In one way probably the world capital of chaos, garbage, poverty and things that you hardly understand. But its also a wonderland full of colours, scents, tastes and among other things incredible architectural masterpieces. Taj Mahal is one of the most famous places in India and also the place with millions of visitors each year. On the other hand, traditional stepwells rarely get any attention. Not far from the world-famous Amer fort, that lies a few miles north of the capital of Rajatshan Jaipur and is visited by millions of tourists each year, lies one of the masterpieces of traditional Indian architecture – Panna Meena ka Kund. The experience while visiting it was unforgettable, maybe also because we were there totally alone. The last photo is from Delhi and the biggest stepwell in that part – Agrasen Ki Baoli. We were there in the morning and we had it just for ourselves. 🙂
